Episode 13 | Staying Fresh, Fit, & Fine with Ashley Douglas

Welcome to another episode of the Travel, Pray, Slay podcast. I am so excited to be joined by Ashley Douglas from Frobulous Veggies. In this episode, we are going to be talking about how to stay fresh, fit, and fine while you travel!

For the last 5+ years, Ashley Douglas has been a vegetarian chef, content creator and foodie influencer at Frobulous Veggies. Soon after attending culinary school, she began hosting cooking demonstrations to educate and inform the community on how to cook plant-based recipes. Her goal is to continue giving her community greater accessibility to living a healthy and fabulous life. This year she released her cookbook, “Cookin’ Up Fresh Greenz on a Daily.”

Enjoy this episode where we touch on how to start your vegan journey, best “fast food” vegan options and how a plant based diet impacts our overall wellness.
